until after your home inspection is complete.

Your home inspection will take a few hours and include a detailed walk-through of the home.
During this time, we will review the physical structure, mechanical systems, and electrical systems, infrared and drone technology used as needed.
After the inspection, we will provide you with your individualized & thorough Home Inspection Report - following day or sooner! This will go over everything we found during the inspection and give you, our recommendations.
Our reports are 25-60 pages of detailed issues that are documented in a simple way. It will include pictures of major items as well as helpful tips. This helps you know the issues to hand them over to the seller or a contractor to repair.
We are here to help and make sure that you have a wonderful experience with your home. If at any time you think I’m not exceeding your expectations just let me know and there will be no charge for any inspection I personally perform.
